About the Principal
Habib Noor
Principal, search point
In 1995, after graduating and obtaining a B.S. in Finance from the Indiana University of Pennsylvania, Habib started his career with Aerotek as an IT recruiter. He quickly became the manager of branch recruiting for 40 recruiters in NYC and helped to establish Aerotek’s White Plains branch office.
In 1998, he joined Quantum, a premier Canadian staffing agency, to establish an IT recruiting division in their NY office. During his 5 year tenure with Quantum, he received three company awards for Outstanding Sales.
In 2003, Habib launched his own search firm, search point, which reflects his years of experience and his philosophy of extraordinary professional service. He has grown search point into a leading New York City firm in the specialized niche of staffing and consulting services for law firms.
